Dr. Jagim will walk you through 5 steps that have been developed form the latest research to guide you through the weight loss process. Each course offers a different topic relating to weight loss and how to incorporate these strategies into your everyday life. Topics will include exercise and nutritional strategies for weight loss, what makes losing weight so hard and how to keep weight off once you've lost it.

Your Instructor
Dr. Andrew Jagim is an exercise physiologist, certified strength and conditioning coach and certified sports nutritionist. His research focuses on the use of exercise and nutritional strategies to improve health, body composition, and performance. He has published in several academic journals and presented at various national conferences relating to exercise science.
Dr. Jagim has taken his educational expertise and years of experience and developed an easy to understand and implement approach to weight loss that can be incorporated instantly into your daily life and give you the tools to succeed with health and weight loss.
